"Every volume deserves its perfect reader."
Eligibility for Re-entry
Books may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they remain in their original archival state. Physical volumes must show no signs of handling, spine cracking, or marginalia.

- Physical books in mint condition
- Defective digital access codes
Non-Returnable
- Downloaded e-books
- Audiobooks already accessed
Initiating a Return

Return Request
Contact our archives via the portal to request a Return Authorization Number.

Secure Packaging
Ensure the volume is packaged with the same archival care it arrived in.

Dispatch
Send the package via our preferred logistical partners (LBC or J&T).
04
Verification
Upon arrival, our scholars will audit the book's condition before issuing a refund.
